What makes this red book different is the 80 pictures of Mao inside. Most of the red books do not contain this many pictures. You can watch chairman Moa Zedong playing ping pong! And offcourse smoking because that was his thing.
This edition provides the quotations of Mao in chinese and english so you van actually read it.
Year of production yet unknown but probably around 1970-1975. The first book edition of the red book was in 1964. The Red Book is the second most printed book in history (the bible being the first).
The most populair versions were printed in small sizes that could be easily carried, becoming commenly known as “The Little Red Book.
